If you require insured or signature required shipping, please contact us direct for a quote with Australia Post, otherwise all packages are posted as 'authority to leave'.

You will be supplied with a tracking number upon shipping. 
Once your package is with the shipping agent, we are not responsible for delays (as much as we'd love to help out here!) nor are we responsible for undelivered items due to incorrect addresses given or failed attempts to deliver. 

NYLON PRINTED DOORMATS.

Manufactured off-site and shipped directly. Manufacture turn-around is approx 2 weeks + express shipping, 4-8 days. Select NYLON MATS ONLY during Shipping Checkout.
Physical address must be provided, no PO Boxes.
If combining a Nylon/Coir mat order, please note these will be shipped separately and we can't upgrade the speed/shipping of the Nylon Mats.

 

DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

In the very rare instance of a delayed parcel, please reach out to the courier directly with the tracking code you have been provided with and their customer service team are the ones that will be able to help you track it down and ensure a speedy delivery. Whilst we're happy to help where we can, this only slows the process down as we need to relay messages between courier and customer during our very limited desk time. Often photographic proof is provided and that can only be approved by the customer.

If a parcel is unfortunately lost by Australia Post / Aramex during transit, Walk All Over Me are of course happy to organise a replacement for you, once a lost parcel claim has been approved. Each courier has its own process of lodging a lost parcel claim, so please reach out to them once the delivery time-frame has passed to start that process. Once approved, we'll prioritise your order and get your replacement out immediately. 

Whilst we appreciate lost parcels are a massive pain in the butt... please keep in mind that once we lovingly hand-paint your doormat and hand it over to the courier, what happens after that is entirely out of our control and we're not at fault for delayed parcels. Please be kind. Just like you, we shouldn't have to tolerate foul language and abuse. x
