CHRISTMAS 2024 FAQ.
When is your cut-off date?
Our cut off date for Aussie-Wide orders with Free Shipping is: TUESDAY 10TH DECEMBER.
Our cut off date for Aussie-Wide orders with Express Shipping is: TUES 17TH DECEMBER.
Our cut off date for Perth Clarkson/Mindarie PICK UP is WEDNESDAY 18TH DECEMBER.
Do you ship to NZ and overseas?
We do! Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight. Please allow 1-2 weeks longer than the above times for an international delivery.
Where can I check if my order has been dispatched/track the delivery?
You'll automatically receive an email, to the address you ordered with, with your tracking code as soon as we've fulfilled it (no luck? Check your junk mail!) You can follow your parcels journey via the link included on that email. Not sure where to track it?

I'm having courier issues - what should I do?
In the rare instance of this happening, please contact the courier directly using the code you've been provided with. Their dedicated customer service teams will be able to help you directly much quicker than us doormat painters and provide you with the information you need.
My parcel seems to be delayed, can you help?
Firstly, we know this SUCKS - we're so sorry. We'd absolutely love to swoop in and save the day here but unfortunately we're privvy to no more information on shipping and expected delivery times than you guys. Your tracking links will all have a 'contact us' option on there for you to reach out to your couriers direct for accurate ETAs.
This year we have noticed a higher number of delayed parcels than ever across Australia Post, Aramex and FedEx and have received emails from all companies advising that they are working through delays as quickly as possible, including having staff work evenings and weekends.

Please reach out to the courier directly with the tracking code you have been provided with (have a look in your junk mail if you haven't received this directly) and their customer service team are the ones that will be able to help you track it down and ensure a speedy delivery. Whilst we're more than happy to help where we can, this only slows the process down as we need to relay messages between courier and customer during our very limited desk time. Often photographic proof is provided and that can only be approved by the customer.
In the rare instance that a parcel is unfortunately lost by Australia Post / Aramex during transit, Walk All Over Me are of course happy to organise a replacement for you, once a lost parcel claim has been approved. Each courier has its own process of lodging a lost parcel claim, so please reach out to them once the delivery time-frame has passed to start that process. Once approved, we'll prioritise your order and get your replacement out immediately.
Whilst we appreciate lost parcels are a massive pain in the butt... please keep in mind that once we lovingly hand-paint your doormat and hand it over to the courier, what happens after that is entirely out of our control and we're not at fault for delayed parcels. We want nothing more than our doormats in your hands and are as disappointed as you when external circumstances prevent this from happening, especially at Christmas. We get it. Please be kind. Just like you, we shouldn't have to tolerate foul language and abuse. x
What is your turn-around time?
We're proud to offer one of Australia's fastest turn-around time of 6 business days max + shipping.
And what are my shipping options?
You can enjoy FREE SHIPPING on us always, standard tracked and sent via Aramex. Or you can upgrade to Express from $15 sent with Australia Post and usually delivered within 2-3 days.
I live local to Clarkson, Perth - can I collect?
Most certainly! Just select PICK UP at checkout and you'll be notified via email when it's ready to pick up from our warehouse in Clarkson, or home in Mindarie after hours. (Check your junk, our emails sometimes play hide and seek in there.)
I've got something in mind but it isn't on your website, can you make it?
Absolutely we can!

Creating custom designs is very time consuming so please provide as much detail as you can offer to ensure I can provide you with mocks as quickly as possible, such as font names (you can find approx 12 billion on dafont.com!) the placement of the text, or if you've got images/logos etc that you can provide us with - please send through also.
